Skirmish wargame of zealotry and cosmic maritime horror. Three models per player on a 16×16 inch board, with a deck of poker cards in place of dice and an Omen Zone that rewrites which suit rules each round.

Relicblade

Indie tactics-RPG skirmish for two. 4 to 6 characters per side on a 2'×2' board, around 30 minutes a game, with party building by good/evil alignment rather than fixed factions.

Trench Crusade

A grimdark alternate-history skirmish game of holy trench warfare, born from kitbash culture with free rules and a heavy proxy-friendly streak.

Whole armies on the table. Bigger model counts, longer setup, and a game that fills an afternoon.

Warmachine

Large-scale army miniature game built around steam-powered warjacks, warlock-driven warbeasts, and a small resource pool that every army has to spend wisely each turn.

Indie skirmish game by Tanner Simpson, published through 28 Magazine. Current version is the Third Helping rulebook.
