Castle Grief's handmade map stamps are live on Kickstarter

Castle Grief and artisan Bone Chapel's Kickstarter for 40 hand-carved dungeon and wilderness map stamps is now live. Back the campaign for the wilderness set, the dungeon set, or both.

Castle Grief, the studio behind Kal Arath, has launched its next Kickstarter: a set of handmade rubber stamps for drawing fantasy maps.

The campaign, Dungeon and Wilderness Stamps, is a partnership between Castle Grief and artisan Bone Chapel. It covers 20 wilderness and overland stamps plus 20 dungeon stamps, every one of them made by hand. They start as drawings in the designer’s sketchbook, get hand-carved into rubber by Bone Chapel for playtest prototypes, and then go to a small family-owned US company that cuts the final metal plates.

Every stamp is built to a 1” grid, so you can stamp a map and drop minis or tokens straight onto it. Backers can pick up either set on its own, or grab both at a lower rate.
