Scoutsifer Studio makes Of Oil and Iron, a dieselpunk mech skirmish game set in the Smoglands. Scott Hadley started the studio after a career change while he was living in Belgium, then moved back to the UK and settled in London.

The rulebook, cards, and every Rig are sold as digital files on the Scoutsifer store on MyMiniFactory, in 15mm and 32mm. There’s terrain in the range too. A resin miniatures shop is listed as coming soon on the official site.
