Mark Latham designed The Elder Scrolls: Call to Arms, published by Modiphius in 2020. Modiphius’s announcement says he reworked the system behind Fallout: Wasteland Warfare for the Elder Scrolls setting, and names his earlier work on The Walking Dead: All Out War and as an editor of White Dwarf. He also wrote the game’s design blogs, including the one on Delve Mode.

The Walking Dead: All Out War
