Quick Hobby Update

Today I’m getting starlight—I don’t know if it’ll come through, but this also just came in the mail from Castle Grief. This is his Morborg setting company, The Fading Star. Very excited to do this. I’ve been waiting on this to film all the Castle Grief stuff. And good lord, are my cheeks sunburnt—the beard is crazy from being outside all day.

I have a massive stack of Castle Grief stuff. I’ve printed all his stuff from Itch.io—that’s all the stuff from Itch.io. That’s all the stuff from his actual store for Karath. So four books here. These feel very nice, very high quality paper. I’m reading through all of those. The only thing I don’t have is the newest Kickstarter that he did because I didn’t know about it, but it’s probably a good thing because it’s sci-fi. I got to stop buying stuff.

I’m going to film that appropriately and make my character and run through a solo setting so it’s not just an unboxing. But that’s the last new stuff. I’ve shut it down.

I’ve got Infernals somewhere there—right there. Very tired, very sore. I am an inside computer boy. I am not an outdoorsman. So my pale fleshy skin is hurting.

We’ve got a lot of painting to do. That’s not going to happen tonight. Tonight I’m just cleaning up everything because it’s been neglected. I’ve got 3D print files everywhere. I’ve got to get organized now that the Infernals are done and I’m printing the other armies.

If you missed the live stream—our first live stream—the next one is going to be Monday. Not sure on the time yet, but we’re going to finish up the test model for Vice King’s Dusk army and we’re going to finish Maximus. If I got to stay up all night, we’re finishing Maximus on Monday.

My goal—my crazy insane goal—is to get some Infernals handled and painted, get a big dent in the Dusk stuff handled and painted, and finish the 10-model Infinity commission. All got to be done by the end of April. April is a busy month.

This was a crazy week. Was sick for half of it. Was building the playhouse for the other half. Today was my son’s birthday party. Tomorrow is Easter. We’re just hiding stuff for the kids. So, have fun with that.
